Oregon Reg Question

This will be my first time hunting in my home state Oregon, I know I don't have to wear hunters orange as adult but my little brother who's 17 and his friend (17) are accompanying me, do they have to wear orange? We are hunting for black bear & they are just walking along and enjoying the backpacking trip.

I always put an orange vest on my kids. I'm not sure if it's required if they are not hunting but it definitely is if they are. I just carry it in my pack in the bottom and if they come along I throw it on them.
