Velbon Tripod and Manfrotto Pistol grip head

Velbon El Carmagne 540 tripod is used and has some paint chipped/rubbed off which I'll try to show in the pictures. The paint is purely cosmetic and everything else works great. The head is a Manfotto 322RC2 pistol grip which also shows wear but works great. I would like $225.00 tyd Paypal gift or +4% for the fee.
